Refund policy
RETURNS:
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, during the first 30 days, you are not happy with an item you received from Ravenberries.com, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
However, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Please do not ship any items without contacting hello@ravenberries.com before sending them.
Please email hello@ravenberries.com with your name, order #, and details about the order, and our team will be more than happy to assist you.
Please be aware that returns and exchanges can only be processed for items that are in new condition.
Items that are worn, stained, smell of fragrances, or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, if you have purchased a limited-time-only design and wish to process an exchange, we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes for that item. However, we will exchange your item for another of equal value.
All shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns must be paid by the buyer. In the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, shipping will be paid by Ravenberries.
DAMAGES:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
